David Leddy - Director
David holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy and Corporate Law from the North Brisbane College of Advanced Education. David is a member of the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators, and holds a Public Practice Certificate with the Australian Taxation Management Association and CPA Australia.

Terry Edwards - Director
Terry is a Chartered Accountant and has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (and its predecessor firm Coopers & Lybrand) since 1986. He joined the firm in August 2003 and brings with him enormous experience in taxation and other business advisory services.

Kerry Cawthorn
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Tasmania. He joined the firm in 1999. Kerry is a member of CPA Australia and heads the firm's superannuation division.

Matthew Farmer
Matthew joined the firm in 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. He is an associate member of CPA Australia, a registered tax agent and heads the firm's audit division.

John Jackson
John holds an Associate Diploma of Accountancy from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and an Associate Diploma in Management and Personal Administration and joined the firm in 1998. John is a professional member of the National Institute of Accountants and a registered tax agent and has extensive taxation compliance experience.

Brad Roberts
Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from the Queensland University of Technology in 1998 and joined the firm the same year. Brad has been a CPA since 2002. He has a special area of interest in computerised accounting information systems.

Edmund Green
Ed joined the firm in 2000. Ed holds a Bachelor of Business with an Extended Major in Professional Accountancy from the Queensland University of Technology. Ed is also an Associate Member of CPA Australia.

Matthew Smith
Matthew graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a double degree and joined Leddys in February 2001. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Marketing. In 2003 he became an Associate Member of CPA Australia.
